Tea, the long-time rival of coffee, is widely served but often misunderstood. True 'tea' comes from the plant Camellia Sinensis and naturally contains varying amounts of caffeine (depending on the the type). Herbal 'tea' is actually not a true tea and should properly be referred to as an herbal infusion as herbal teas come from a variety of plants not including Camellia Sinensis.
